Basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburner.

Underfloor heating. Electric oven, ceramic hob, 2 x fridge, freezer, washer/dryer in cloakroom, dishwasher, 4 x TVs with Freeview. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent (please bring your own towels for the hot tub). Off road parking for 4 cars. Patio with furniture, hot tub and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking in the property or Hot Tub. Shop and pub 1.2 miles. Note: First floor bedroom is open to the stairs. Note: This property is next to a small caravan park. Note: Due to the cleaning and refilling of the hot tub, it may not reach its optimum temperature on the day of your arrival. Note: Adults and children over 11 only. Note - No stag / hen or similar. Please be advised you have to be out of the Hot Tub by 11pm. Only a maximum of 6 people to stay in the property. Over occupation will result in a cancellation of your stay. No loud music in or outside the property as it is in a residential area and it is important to be considerate of neighbours. 10am is the check out time/no later please as the property needs to be cleaned, hot tub emptied/cleaned/filled and ready for our next guests
